Complaints Procedure

Complaints must be submitted in writing to Lettings2Sales Cardiff.

Complaints may be directed at either: Registered Manager or Director.

Complaints will be recorded and acted upon as soon as is practicable.

The complainant will be notified by the Registered Manager or Director in writing upon completion of an investigation or within twenty-eight days, whichever is the sooner.

The Complainant will be invited to meet with the Registered Manager or Director if they wish to do so.

If the complainant is still not satisfied they are able to raise a complaint with the regulatory body as follows:
